SNC Profile of the Month: JHONG
"ALWAYS WEAR YOUR SEAT BELT AND ENJOY THE RIDE OF LIFE" - Joseph M. Romero
SINCE he is the first among the group after a couple of years to tie the knot - the first ones were Larmi, Dave and Gambit - we've decided to set aside the ground rules for a while (profiles are done in alphabetical order) to make way for this dude's profile.
Everyone, this is Joseph La Madrid Romero, our featured profile for the month of November. of course we dont call him by his full name as he goes by two official nicknames: Jhong and Jhongetzu. call him either, nothing will stop us from unveiling his personality through this blog. ok we can't really bare all since there's just so much about this guy that an entry like this would not be sufficient to tell who he really is, but at least allow us to try.
Let's start with the basic info.... he acquired his college degree from Airlink International Aviation School finishing a degree in Aircraft Maintenance. he is employed right now as a Ground Staff/Baggage Claim Processor of Air Philippines in the arrival area of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. he now aims for a supervisory position but if given a chance, he would like to go abroad, more particularly in the Middle East, still as an airline staff - with his future family. he loves watching movies, with special mention to sci-fi films and enjoys every minute spent in front of the television. he also likes music, browsing the net, going out with friends especially with his future wife, Cathy. the most that he likes to do? sleeping. one relevant fact worth mentioning about this guy is his being a die-hard fan of the dance group, Streetboys. want proof of that? go to his house and see for yourself his collection of the group's recorded performances. do i still have to mention who his favorite member is? isnt it obvious? its Jhong Hilario, his look-alike.
Now let's give him the chance to describe himself through his outlook in life: "AKO... Simple lang ang gusto ko... tahimik at masayang buhay... DO what is best for urself and for your future... Fight for your "right" and stand for it... Expect the unexpected.... Dont also forget to ask GOD's guidance and forgiveness if you did something bad to your fellowmen.." when asked about what he wants for his loved ones, he has this to say: "Makita ang mga mahal natin sa buhay na maayos at maligaya..." simple yet meaningful. well, you havent see it all...
If there's one principle that guides his life, it would be nothing else but the Golden Rule: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." or otherwise stated, "Don't do to others what you wouldn't want done to you." but that's just his serious side talking. coz his wacky side would tell you, "Life is like a box of chocolate... laging nilalanggam kaya itabi mo sa ref para di langgamin!!! HEHEHE." and his motto would be, "MOTTOrola."

JHONG: Pinaka ay kanila Head Master Alex and Big Bro Julius.. Kung saan din nagsimula last 2002 yung every Saturday may session sa bahay or sa kanila Gambit o kanila Genesis or Virgie... Mga Out of town trips and swimmings... kulitan at kwentuhan na talagang nakakamiss...

WHY: Lots of reasons....
1) Jace and Demz's homecoming (matagal kasi silang hindi nagparamdam)
2) Dickson's birthday celebration (sana makarating sya para may manlilibre)
3) Monique's advance birthday celebration (actually di pa sya aware about this hehehehe)
4) Jhong's 'stag party' of some sort (kakasal sya di ba?), and
5) Reunion nating lahat kasi matagal na tayong hindi nakukumpleto.
ATTENDANCE IS A MUST!
