SNC Profile of the Month: JHIGZ

"WAG KANG TITINGIN SA PANLABAS, KUNDI SA PANLOOB." ~ Jose Guiller R. Edquilag

He goes by many names: "Jhigz." "Dyugrad." "Itlog" and "Edqui" in highschool. He is practically obsessed with the name "Dyugrad Quintin Del Torro" (don't ask me, ask him!). But no matter what or how you call him, make no mistake about it: any gimmick by SNC without this guy is almost sure to be a boring one, Jhigz being one of the lifebloods of the group's frolics. To SNC, this guy can crack you up even with the corniest of jokes; never trying hard to be funny, but always the one with the punchlines that are sure to make you laugh your ass off. Read what he has to say about himself: "I'm the type of person na madaldal at pag hindi kayo sanay mayayabangan kayo sa dami ng kwento ko pero to the people who know me more, I'm the type of person na serious in my outlook in life, mataas ang pangarap ko to my future family and i will make sure that they will have the best quality of living more than i have." SNC cannot but agree: underneath that fun-loving and cheerful exterior is a person who has deep convictions, high ambitions, and the perseverance that will achieve his goals for him. This is a guy who values his family, friends, and loved-ones, and who places their welfare over and above all.

When it comes to love, he has had his share of "conquests", like any good-looking, charming man does. A casanova? Maybe. Hearts were broken and tears were shed because of this guy. You may have probably deduced as much from his favorite quote above. But when asked about his one, true love, Jhigz is an entirely different person altogether. To this lucky girl, whoever she is, he vows that "I will love her more than myself." Again, SNC cannot agree more: Jhigz has shown time and again how he will go to great lengths, even to the point of sacrificing his own feelings and happiness, just to prove how much love he can give. Ganyan magmahal si Jigoy.

His work as a Professional Medical Representative takes him to different places, such as Marinduque and currently, Lucena City. On weekends, the only time when the group can all get together, he tries his best to come home and spend time with everyone, and when he couldn't, the gang looks forward to the next gimmick with Jhigz around. Laurels in his crown include being an Elementary Graduate, Highschool Graduate, College Graduate, PMR of the Year and Rookie of the Year for Transfarma ~ he could easily be the most accomplished member of SNC, with these achievements all to his name! His free time is devoted to drinking, which goes without saying, in addition to reading books and watching movies. It is not too difficult to guess what interests this well-buffed friend of ours: all he can say is, "hmmm.... Alam nyo naman yun eh hehehe." Did "naughty", "mischievous", or "kinky" come up anywhere in this profile yet? Well, he is all those, and more. He just won't admit it.

Most, if not above all, Jhigz knows the value of real, lasting friendship. The following message imparts how much he treasures the bond he shares with SNC: "To the tropa.. even though we don't see each other more frequently than before, I am confident that this group will be a group worth having in a lifetime, mga friends thanks for your support during the time when i needed you most. Thanks for being there and guiding me kahit minsan sa kalasingan. Thanks for the special memories that we share with each other and most of all thanks for the friendship that you have given me... till our 60th of age we will be together as always." JHIGZ: siguro magkakasama kame sa isang subdivision tapos lahat kame officers ng subdivision, malamang yung iba may cancer na dahil sa talamak na pag inum hehehe. seriously this group will stand the test of time. Love you all.....

JHIGZ: Mga friends kahit na malayo ako sa inyo always remember na kasama ko pa din yung mga memories natin and i will always be a friend to all of you guys. Sorry if dati mejo naging bc me dun kay alam nyo na at nabalewala ko kayo, pro mga friends it wont happen again promiseee....mwahhhh

CEBU-BOHOL Update #3

CEBU-BOHOL Update

eto pa lang so far nakuha ko information.

28 morning aalis tayo manila papapuntang Mactan Airport sa Cebu and may susundo sa atin dun ihahatid tayo sa sakayan papuntang Tagbilaran, Bohol kaagad. 850/room which is good for two and may kasama ng breakfast yung titirahan natin dun and iikot na nila tayo. The next day mga lunch or hapon sa Cebu naman tayo wherein kung ok lang daw sa inyo sa dormitory type tayo which is 200/head. Sa Cebu na tayo until the next day which is 30 and from there na rin tayo sasakay ng plane pauwi. So mga gabi na yun ng 30.

Yung 10T safe budget lang yun. Kasi cyempre mag aabot na lang tayo dun sa service natin na gagamitin sa pag iikot, pang gimik, pang happy happy at para kay jace na pambili ng pasalubong.

Guys eto na yung unofficial draft kung magkano yung gagastusin natin for the CEBU-BOHOL trip this December 28-30, 2006.

-- Airfare: (Cebu Pacific po iyan pero magkakapromo pa daw)
